Are you a Dutch cybersecurity company looking to explore business opportunities in Taiwan? And do you want to meet key players and potential partners in the cybersecurity field? Then join the reconnaissance mission to Taiwan from 14th to 17th May 2024.

Positioned strategically in the global supply chain, Taiwan plays a pivotal role, particularly in the semiconductor and ICT industries. Taiwan's resilience and innovation in the high-tech sectors contribute significantly to shape its digital technologies development.

Based on a strong mutual relationship and developments in the cyber security landscapes of the Netherlands and Taiwan, and similarities in ICT hardware and software applications, HSD, with support from Netherlands Office Taipei, IQ and RVO will organize a reconnaissance mission to Taiwan to explore and capitalize potential business opportunities for the Dutch Cyber Security Cluster.

- Find Taiwenese companies interested in setting up in the North West Europe

- Explore opportunities in government projects, policy exchange, and demonstration sites

- Exchange knowledge and expertise in application areas

Programme outline

The reconnaissance mission facilitates mutual acquaintance, knowledge sharing and collaboration. The programme includes a two-day visit to CYBERSEC 2024, the largest and the most significant annual cybersecurity event in Taiwan. Further highlights include visits to the Ministry of Digital Affairs and ACW South Base CyberSecurity, a meet-up with the Taiwanese cyber security association, and several networking events.

Travel costs involved are at own expense.
