Cyber Security Week Innovation Room

Together with its partners, the national security cluster HSD organised a unique ‘Cyber Security Week’ from 13 to 17 April 2015 at the HSD Campus. In the same week, The Hague also hosted the NCSC One Conference and the Global Conference on Cyber Space (GCCS2015), bringing more than 100 international delegations to The Hague.

During the Cyber Security Week the HSD Campus hosted more than 30 workshops, network events, lectures, and demonstrations in the field of cyber security. Over 1700 people, from 30 different countries, plus 50 national and international journalists, visited the Cyber Security Week to meet some of the key players in the cyber security domain and experience the latest innovations!

Innovation Room

Part of the programme was a Innovation Room, where 20 Dutch leading cyber security innovations were showcased. It was also the place to meet experts from the cyber domain. The Innovation Room was open for cyber professionals, students, and people interested in the latest developments in the cyber security field. It was officially opened by the Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs Henk Kamp and and Jozias van Aartsen, mayor of the city of The Hague.

The week was a huge success, as the infographic illustrates. This success would not have been possible without the cooperation of the 75 partners: they gave the week substance and filled it with a great programme.
