Innovation Grants Available for SME Through Province South-Holland

The province South-Holland implemented a new way to receive grants for innovation projects. In the MIT region (Mkb-Innovatiestimulering Regio en Topsectoren/ SME innovation stimulans Region and Top sectors) the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the regions (provinces) work together with the goal to stimulate innovations and increase connectivity. The funding options have been made available through the collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Affairs. This is an interesting access to capital opportunity for HSD partners. The deadline of the application procedure is September 1st.

Are you an SME with an establishment in the region South-Holland and are you active within the the topsectors below:

 

  • water (incl. delta & maritime)
  • agri & food
  • horticulture
  • hightech systems & materials (incl. ICT)
  • chemistry
  • biobased
  • life science & health
  • energy
  • logistics

Do you want to innovate and are you looking for funding. then this funding option may be available for you. 

The conditions are:

 

  • SME entrepeneurs from the above mentiond top sectors South Holland can apply through province South-Holland and the SME instruments:

  • innovation advice projects (max. € 10.000 funding)
  • feasability projects (max. € 50.000 subsidie)
  • R&D-collaboration projects small (€ 50.000 - €200.000 per project)
  • R&D- collaboration projects large (€ 200.000 - € 350.000 per project)
  • Project proposals need to apply to the above mentioned top sectors. Detailed information about these sectors, the innovation programs and the underlying innovation themes MIT 2016 can all be found on the website.
